Natural Gas Facility Upgrade in St. Francis

We Energies, with their contractor Meade Utilities and Pipeline, will be upgrading
natural gas facilities in areas of St. Francis this year. Construction is expected to
be completed by the end of 2018. This upgrade will allow We Energies to
continue to provide safe and reliable natural gas service for years to come.

We Energies plans to replace natural gas mains within the road right-of-way and
service laterals to individual homes. Construction activities will require traffic
control and excavation measures, which will be coordinated with the City of St.
Francis. Construction staging may require the temporary removal of on-street
parking in some areas to accommodate work zones. There also will be
intermittent impacts to sidewalk access.

Impacted property owners will receive project information in the mail. A We
Energies representative also will visit property owners to review the project
timeline and answer questions prior to the start of construction. Information will
be left for residents not home at the time of the visit.

General questions about this project should be directed to We Energies
Operations Supervisor Noah Paquin at 414-940-1461.

Specific construction concerns should be directed to Meade Project Manager Joe
Reyes at 414-788-6653.
