Absentee Voting
Absentee ballots are available approximately three weeks prior to an election.  If you are not registered to vote in St. Francis, you will have to register before you can obtain an Absentee Ballot. All requests for an Absentee Ballot must be made in writing from the elector.

Request in Person
In person absentee voting, at the City Clerk's office, generally begins the third Monday before the election, and ends at 5:00 PM the Friday before the election. 

Request by Mail
You may request that a ballot be mailed to you.  Fill out the Application for Absentee ballot (link above) completely and mail to the City Clerk, 3400 E. Howard Avenue, St. Francis WI 53235. The Application must be received by the Clerk no later than 5:00 PM on the Thursday before the election in order for an Absentee Ballot to be mailed to you. 

Deadline for Returning Ballot
The completed Ballot must be received by the City Clerk's office no later than 5:00 PM on the day of the election so that it can be delivered to the polling location by 8 PM. A ballot may be delivered directly to a polling place by an elector prior to 8:00 PM.
