Board of Review
§ 17-2. Board of Review.
- How constituted. The Board of Review shall consist of five citizens of the City. The citizen members will serve staggered five-year terms and until their successors are appointed and qualified. The Mayor, City Clerk and such other officers, other than Assessors, as the Common Council determines may also be members of the Board of Review.
- Records. The City Clerk shall be the Clerk of the Board of Review and shall keep an accurate record of all its proceedings.
- Compensation. Each member of the Board of Review shall receive, as compensation for his services, an annual payment as determined by the Common Council. The Mayor and City Clerk shall be exempt from this annual payment.
