Building Inspection
The St. Francis Building Inspector is currently available by appointment only. Please call to schedule an appointment, and your call will be scheduled within 24 hours.
All inspections must be scheduled by 3:30 PM for next business day inspections.

Deck General Requirements
Applications for permit shall include structural plan of deck, site plan, and plat of survey. Survey may be omitted if owner can locate property corner irons.
Fence Regulations
Please review the Fence Regulations below when considering a fence for your property. A permit must be obtained from the Building Inspector at City Hall.
