Civil Service Commission

§ 17-3. Civil Service Commission.

1. How constituted. The Civil Service Commission shall consist of five citizen members. Members will serve staggered five-year terms. Members shall serve without compensation. Members shall not hold any position, honorary or paid, in any political party.
2. Powers and duties. The Civil Service Commission shall have those powers and duties specified in Chapter 26, Civil Service, of this Code.
