Trauma Teddy Bears

"Trauma" Teddy Bears are stocked in all patrol cars, the ambulances, and a fire truck.  The value to a traumatized youngster of a huggable stuffed animal amid the turmoil of an auto accident, medical emergency, fire, or domestic dispute must be seen to be appreciated.  This is another two-level public relations program: we (and the kids) "win" when we hand out a teddy bear; and our interaction with the service organizations that provide the toys is great community public relations in and of itself.
