Public Information Meeting: Lake Shore Catalytic District, Triangle Property

A Public Information meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 5:30 PM to provide residents with an opportunity to speak with representatives of Cream City Real Estate Investments concerning its Detailed Plan Unit Development Plan Proposal for the Triangle Property and to speak with City Staff concerning proposed amendment(s) to St. Francis - Land Use Recommendations Chart for the "Lake Shore" Catalytic District on page LU:89 of Chapter 5, the Land Use component of the City of St. Francis Comprehensive Plan.
