§ 17-17. Memorial Commission.

1. How constituted. The Memorial Commission shall consist of eight citizen or non-citizen members. Members will serve staggered two-year terms.
2. Powers and duties. The Commission shall be responsible for planning and carrying out the annual Memorial Day Celebration. They will also oversee the maintenance of the Veterans Memorial Plaza.
