Notice of Construction S Lake Drive between S Packard Avenue and E Howard Avenue
Contractors will be completing a water main connection which will close S Lake Drive between S Packard Avenue and E Howard Avenue beginning on the morning of Monday November 3, 2025. The closure will be in place for approximately two weeks to allow for the water main work as well as the restoration of concrete within S Lake Drive. The following detour will be in place while the street is closed.
Notice of Construction E Waterford Avenue between S Kingan Avenue and E Tesch Avenue
Contractors will being replacing the water main within E Waterford Avenue from S Kingan Avenue to E Tesch Avenue beginning Monday November 3, 2025. Water main construction and testing will take approximately two weeks and water main connections and services are expected to be completed the week of November 17th. Street paving (concrete) is currently planned starting November 24th. Access will be limited at times. Please plan accordingly and be aware of the presence of contractors.
